Who we are

Lauren Tremper is an experienced early childhood educator with a passion for supporting neurodiverse learners. With a background in outdoor teaching and a deep understanding of the unique needs of children with autism and ADHD—both as an educator and as an autistic and ADHD individual herself—Lauren creates environments where children feel emotionally safe and supported.

She is currently finishing her degree in Early Childhood Education and pursuing a certification in Applied Educational Neuroscience through Butler University. Lauren’s approach is deeply informed by the science of the developing brain, with a strong focus on nervous system safety as the foundation for learning. She centers her work around co-regulation, emotional attunement, and trauma-informed practices that honor each child’s unique rhythm and needs.

As a parent, animal lover, and avid thrifter, Lauren values creativity, curiosity, and connection. She strives to offer every child a soft place to land, a sense of belonging, and a pathway to discover their most authentic and effective way to learn. Her work is driven by a commitment to nurturing children’s potential in a space where they can truly thrive—emotionally, socially, and academically.
